The condition
Free support and maintenance remain active as long as the original delivered project is not modified, edited, extended, or altered by the client or a third party.
Any modifications, custom feature requests, scope changes, new integrations, new functionality, or development performed outside the original delivered scope are quoted separately.
Warranty
1-Year Warranty — Included With Every Project
Every project delivered by Alsadaany Industries includes a free one-year warranty covering defects, bugs, and technical problems originating from our delivered work.
Warranty support is provided at no additional cost.
Custom feature requests, scope changes, third-party system changes, external service changes, misuse, or modifications made outside Alsadaany Industries are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty and the free ongoing support policy are separate. The warranty specifically guarantees defects and problems originating from the delivered work for one year. The free ongoing support policy extends technical support and maintenance beyond the warranty period, for as long as the delivered project remains unedited and unmodified.
