You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated means to extract content from it in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between you and us, and does not oblige either party to proceed. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us.

The figures published on our pricing page are indicative starting points for a stage of work. They are not quotations, not rates, and not an offer capable of acceptance. The price that applies to you is the one set out in a written quotation or agreement signed by both parties.

Published figures exclude taxes, duties and any third-party licence, hosting or hardware costs unless a quotation states otherwise. We may change published figures at any time; a change does not affect an agreement already signed.

Prices for products sold on their own sites, including robotics products, are published on those sites and are governed by the terms published there. Nothing on this website alters them.

Delivered work carries a twelve-month warranty against defects and technical problems originating in the work we delivered, from the date of delivery. Warranty correction is provided at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover scope changes, new functionality, changes made to the delivered work by anyone other than us, changes in third-party or external systems, or misuse. Continued maintenance beyond the warranty period is provided under a separate annual platform and support agreement, at a scope and price set in that agreement.

We do not offer open-ended or lifetime support, and any earlier statement on this website to that effect is superseded by this clause.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, layout and the Alsadaany Industries name and logo, is owned by Alsadaany Industries or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind regarding the availability, accuracy or completeness of the website or its content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

This website may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
