Why this company exists
Alsadaany Industries builds operational intelligence systems for physical industries. The work is industrial modelling, and it is shipped as software, because a model that cannot be maintained, reviewed or re-run is a study rather than a system.
Thesis
Physical industries decide with less evidence than software ones
A software team can ship a change to a fraction of its users and measure what happened. A plant manager cannot rearrange half the factory to see whether the layout was wrong. The experiment that would settle the question is the one that cannot be run, so the decision is made on estimate and experience, and the cost of getting it wrong is committed in concrete and steel.
A model of the operation is the only instrument that gives a physical industry the thing a software industry takes for granted: somewhere to try the change first. That is the whole company.
Everything else follows from it. The platform exists because the model has to be structured to be reasoned over. The engineering exists because a model of one specific operation cannot be bought off a shelf. The research exists because the interesting questions are still open. The robotics exists because the model has to stay current, and a machine that moves through the space is how it does.

Six commitments
Statements about method rather than about scale. There is no headcount, no client tally, no delivery count and no percentage anywhere on this site, because none of those would be checkable and all of them would be easy to write.
Scoped by the decision, not the platform
Work begins with the decision the model has to inform and the accuracy that decision requires. The method follows from the problem. A model built to a higher fidelity than the decision needs costs money and buys nothing.
Validated against data it has not seen
A model is calibrated on one period of operational history and validated against another it was not fitted to, with the deviation documented rather than summarised. A model that has only ever been checked against its own training period has not been checked.
Delivered as maintained software
Simulation code is reviewed, tested and version-controlled to the same standard as production software, so a model stays usable years after the study that prompted it.
Reproducible by construction
Runs are seeded, inputs are versioned and every result carries the assumptions that produced it. Any figure we report can be regenerated exactly, months later.
Uncertainty is reported, not smoothed
Results are distributions across replications. Where an input is unknown we state the assumption and test how much the conclusion depends on it, which is usually more useful than a more precise input would have been.

Scenario configuration, inputs and reporting are built for your team to run without us. A model only your supplier can operate stops being used the moment the engagement ends.

Alsadaany Industries was founded to build the instrument described above, and the systems published on this site were built to establish that it can be built. The engineering positions on the engineering page are the founder’s, and they are published because they are the terms on which the company will take work.

The work is simulation engineering, systems programming and industrial modelling. If you have built something where the numbers had to come from a model that actually ran, we would like to see it.
There is no vacancy list. Applications are read as they arrive, and a specific piece of work you can describe in detail counts for more than a list of technologies.
