Alsadaany Industries exists to give physical industries the thing software industries take for granted: somewhere to try the change before committing to it.
Thesis
Why the company exists
A software team can ship a change to a fraction of its users and measure what happened. A plant manager cannot rearrange half a factory to find out whether the layout was wrong. The experiment that would settle the question is the one that cannot be run, so the decision gets made on estimate and experience, and the cost of getting it wrong is committed in concrete, steel and contracts.
An executable model of the operation is the only instrument that closes that gap. That is the whole company, and everything in it follows: the platform exists because the model has to be structured to be computed over, the engineering exists because a model of one specific operation cannot be bought off a shelf, the research exists because the interesting problems are still open, and the robotics exists because a model has to stay current and a machine moving through the space is how it does.

Publish the stage, not the ambition
Every capability on this site carries the stage it has reached, and the definitions are published so a reader can check a label rather than trust it. It costs opportunities. It is still the right trade, because the alternative is a first technical conversation that starts with a correction.
No claim the reader cannot check
There are no client counts, no headcounts, no delivery tallies and no percentages anywhere on this site. There are no customers yet, and pretending otherwise would be discovered in the first meeting that mattered.
Build the instrument, then use it
The four public systems were built before there was anything to sell, because a company that says operations can be modelled should be able to show the modelling rather than describe it.
There is no career history on this page. What matters for the work is what has been built, and all of it is linked above and can be run.
